D A F I R E 's Mission: is to provide assistance to individuals with disabilities - helping them to realize their own rights as granted under the United States Constitution and now enforced by the ADA; to educate and inform the public regarding the ADA, and; to provide networking services available to individuals with disabilities.

D A F I R E also has a small program of training Service Animals for individuals with disabilities.
